Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on 31 October 2014 and is required to be published on the

NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Wandra and Advance Roads, Verons Estate, Sussex

Inlet, being Lots 1–32, DP 9897.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 11:

11A

Use of certain land at Wandra and Advance Roads, Verons Estate,

Sussex Inlet

This clause applies to land identified as “Sch 1.18” on the Clauses Map, being part of Lots 1–19, DP 9897, Wandra and Advance Roads, Verons Estate, Sussex Inlet.

Development for the purposes of extensive agriculture is permitted with

development consent.
