I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Ships (Capital Grants) Act 1987.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Ships (Capital Grants) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 5 (Fees)

2.1 Paragraph (a):

Omit “$975”, substitute “$1,034”.

2.2 Paragraph (b):

Omit “$375”, substitute “$398”.
