I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Ships (Capital Grants) Act 1987.

Fees

Regulation 5 of the Ships (Capital Grants) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) “$650” and substituting “$975”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) “$250” and substituting “$375”.
