An Act to abolish the Harbour Dues En t ry and Clearance Fees Light-house Dues and Water Police Dues now payable on Shipping. [19th August, 1852.]
| WH E R E A S it is considered that it will be of advantage to the trade and commerce of the Colony that the several Charges | Dues and Fees now payable on Shipping should be abolished Be it |
| therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof That so much of the Act of Council passed in the third year of the reign of His late Majesty King William the Fourth numbered six as imposes and relates to the Fees made payable to Harbour Masters for repairing on board vessels entering the port and for the removal of vessels from one mooring or anchorage to another and so much of the said Act and of the Acts of Council passed in the seventh year of the reign of Her present Majesty numbered nine and in the eleventh year of that reign numbered fourteen as imposes and relates to the Fees made payable towards the maintenance of Light-houses and so much of the first-mentioned Act and of an Act passed in the ninth year of the reign of Her present Majesty numbered thirteen as imposes and relates to the charges made payable on the entry inwards and clear ance outwards of Vessels and so much of an Act passed in the fourth year of the reign of Her present Majesty numbered seventeen and of an Act passed in the seventh year of the same reign numbered twenty- one as imposes and relates to the payment of Tonnage Duty shall be | |
