Shipping and Pilotage (Port of Onslow)

Proclamation 2014

Made under the Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967 section 10(2) by the
Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Shipping and Pilotage (Port of Onslow)
Proclamation 2014.

2.            Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the proclamation — on the day after that day.

3.            Terms used

In this proclamation —
Department has the meaning given in the Shipping and Pilotage
Act 1967 section 3;
Deposited Plan, followed by a number, means the deposited
plan of that number held by the Western Australian Land
Information Authority established by the Land Information
Authority Act 2006.

The area comprised in Lot 556 on Deposited Plan 402556,
Lot 3054 on Deposited Plan 52026 and Lot 561 on Deposited
Plan 174170 is declared to be a mooring control area called the

Port of Onslow Mooring Control Area.

4.            Previous proclamation cancelled

Shipping and Pilotage

The proclamation made under the in the Gazette on 30 November 2011 at p. 4982, is cancelled.

5.            Port of Onslow Mooring Control Area declared

6.            Controlling authority specified

The Department is specified as the controlling authority of the
Port of Onslow Mooring Control Area.
