AN ACT to amend The Shipping and Pilotage Con- solidation Ordinance, 1855 and Act 37 Victoriae No. 14 entitled An Act to Alter and Extend the Provisions of the Shipping and Pilotage Con- solidation Ordinance, 1855.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
