AN ACT to amend the Act 37 Victoria, No. 14, intituled " An Act to alter and extend the provisions of the Shipping and Pilotage Consolidation Ordinance, 1855 (18 Victoria, No. 15.)"

authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the Shipping and Pilotage Short 0.

Consolidation Ordinance Amendment Act, 1919.

Section two of the Act, 37 Victoria No. 14, intituled " An Act to alter and extend the provisions of the Shipping	Act 37 Vic., No.

No. 15)," is hereby amended by omitting the words " but so as never to exceed " in lines three and four and line eleven thereof respectively.
