HAYNE J:   The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against orders of the Court of Appeal of Victoria dismissing an application for leave to appeal to that Court.  The applicant had sought leave to appeal from the orders of a single judge of the Supreme Court allowing the applicant’s “appeal” against orders made by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and remitting the matter to be reheard by that Tribunal.

There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal.

Pursuant to rule 41.11.1 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.  I publish that disposition.

AT 9.33 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
