HEREAS the provisions of the Ordinance passed in the fifteenth Framable

W' An Ordinance for restricting the Responsibility of the Sheriff ofyear of the reign of Her present Majesty, No. 2, intituled

Western Australia,' require to be repealed : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependen- cies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—
