1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 211127 and part of Lot 5, DP 218551, Junction Road,

Shellharbour.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 7:

8      Use of certain land at Junction Road, Shellharbour

(1)

This clause applies to land at Junction Road, Shellharbour, being Lot 1, DP 211127 and part of Lot 5, DP 218551, identified as “8” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of function centres is permitted with

development consent.

(2)	Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land
Omit “Nil” from Part 1. Insert in appropriate order:
Shellharbour Lot 1, DP 211127 and part of Lot 5, DP 218551, Junction Road, identified as “Operational Land” on the Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map
(3)	Dictionary
Insert in alphabetical order:

Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map means the Shellharbour Local

Environmental Plan 2013 Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map.
