(Amendment No 15)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies:

(a)	with respect to the rezoning of land, to Lot B, DP 420074 and Lot 74, DP 229374, Addison Street, Shellharbour, as shown coloured mauve and light grey on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 15)”, deposited in the office of Shellharbour City Council, and
(b)	with respect to the zoning of unzoned land, to those areas of road that form part of Pioneer Drive and Addison Street, as shown coloured light green and light grey on Sheet 1 of that map, and
(c)	with respect to the reclassification of land from community land to operational land (within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993), to Lot 2, DP 109304 and Lot 82, DP 729172, Pioneer Drive, Shellharbour, as shown edged with a broken light blue line and lettered “Schedule 5” on Sheet 1 of that map.
