SHEEP LICE ERADICATION FUND

AMENDMENT ACT 1992

No. 10 of 1992

AN ACT to amend the Sheep Lice Eradication Fund Act

1987.

[Assented to 16 June 1992.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Sheep Lice Eradication Fund

Amendment Act 1992.

Commencement

2.    This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Principal Act

3. In this Act the Sheep Lice Eradication Fund Act 1987* is

referred to as the principal Act.

Section 15 amended

4.     Section 15 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1)

by deleting "1991-1992 financial year" and substituting the

following —

" financial year ending 30 June 1997

Saving

5. Notwithstanding the amendments effected to the principal Act by this Act the provisions of the principal Act as in force before the coming into operation of this Act continue to apply to and in relation to contributions payable prior to the commencement of the financial year ending on 30 June 1993.
