HER HONOUR:   On 26 October 2010, Justice Bell directed the Registrar, pursuant to rule 6.07 of the High Court Rules, to refuse to file a document sought to be filed in this Court by the applicant, Mr Brian William Shaw, without the leave of a Justice first had and obtained.  Mr Shaw has applied for that leave.  For the reasons which I will now give, that leave is refused.
