Termination of employment – jurisdiction – claim application is frivolous, vexatious or has no reasonable prospect of success.
[1] This decision concerns the jurisdictional objection raised by Treblec Pty Ltd that the application for relief from termination is frivolous and vexatious and has no reasonable prospect of success.
[2] Further to my decision and reasons for decision given in transcript on 19 November 2012, the jurisdictional objection is dismissed and this application will now be referred for arbitration of the substantive matter.
