AN ACT to extend the provisions of the Sharks Bay Pearl Shell Fishery Act, 1892, to other places.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament

_B with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

1. THE Governor may, by proclamation' published in the

Government Gazette, extend to any other portions of the coasts of	Provisions of
the Colony, or of the adjacent islands, so much of the provisions	Sharks Bay Pearl
Shell Fishery Act,
of the Sharks Bay Pearl Shell Fishery Act, 1892, as he may deem	1892, may be ex-
fit ; and the provisions of the said Act so extended shall thereupon	tended by proclama-
tion.
apply as fully to such portions of the coasts aforesaid named in such proclamation as if the same were included in and defined by such Act.
