1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (McHugh JA, Basten and Griffiths AJJA agreeing) dismissing the applicant's summons seeking judicial review of a decision of the District Court of New South Wales of 5 March 2024 (Robinson DCJ) declining the applicant's request to state a case to the Court of Appeal; and refusing the applicant's application to stay the orders of the District Court of New South Wales of 13 December 2022 (Robinson DCJ) which, in turn, dismissed the applicant's appeal against convictions and sentence for property damage and intimidation offences.

2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
