HAYNE J:   The applicant sought, but was refused by what was then the Migration Agents Registration Authority, re‑registration as a migration agent.  He applied to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a stay of that decision but the Tribunal refused the application.

The applicant applied to the Federal Court of Australia (Jacobsen J) for judicial review of the decision refusing a stay but failed at first instance and on appeal to the Full Court (Tamberlin, Gyles and Stone JJ).  He now seeks special leave to appeal to this Court.

We see no reason to doubt the correctness of the Full Court's decision.

Pursuant to r 41.11.1 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.  I publish that disposition.

AT 9.19 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
