Legislation) (No. 3) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Sex Discrimination (Operation of Legislation) (No. 3) Regulations.

Operation of paragraph 40 (1) (a) of the Act

2.Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “January” and substituting “July”.

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting—

“Local Government Act, 1919”

and—

“Venereal Diseases Act, 1918

Workers Compensation Act, 1926”.
