Discrimination Commissioner (Allowances) Regulations
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901,hereby make the following Regulations
under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Sex Discrimination Commissioner (Allowances) Regulations.
Allowances
payable to the Sex Discrimination Commissioner
2. For the purposes of
sub-section 98 (2) of the Sex
Discrimination Act 1984, the following allowances are prescribed, namely,
the allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
