I make the following order under section 6(4) of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .21 May 1998

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Sewers & Drains (Sorell Limited Sewerage District) Order 1998 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Sorell Limited Sewerage DistrictThe area of land defined in Schedule 1 to this order is – (a) appointed to be a Limited Sewerage District ; and (b) named the Sorell Limited Sewerage District. 4RevocationThe Sewers and Drains (Sorell Limited Sewerage District) Order 1994 is revoked.
