Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Order 2007

I make the following order under section 6 of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .21 June 2007

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Order 2007 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage DistrictThe area of land defined in Schedule 1 to this order is – (a) appointed to be, and is defined as, a limited sewerage district; and (b) named the Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District. 4Declared purposeFor the purpose of section 8 of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 , the declared purpose of the Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District is to carry off simple sullage water and faeces and such deleterious effluents that comply with the appropriate minimum standards and other requirements prescribed by by-laws made by the local authority under section 67A of that Act.
