I make the following order under section 6 of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .13 November 2008

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Amendment Order 2008 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Order 2007 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 amended (Declared purpose) Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended by omitting "and such deleterious effluents that comply with the appropriate minimum standards and other requirements prescribed by by-laws made by the local authority under section 67A of that Act".
