Sewers and Drains (Coles Bay Urban Land Drainage District) Order 2003

I make the following order under section 4(4) of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .15 May 2003

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Coles Bay Urban Land Drainage District) Order 2003 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn this order, Act means the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 . 4Coles Bay Urban Land Drainage DistrictThe area of land defined in Schedule 1 to this order is – (a) appointed to be, and is defined as, an urban land drainage district; and (b) named the Coles Bay Urban Land Drainage District. 5Declared purposeFor the purpose of section 8 of the Act, the declared purpose of the area of land referred to in clause 4 is to carry off natural water, whether concentrated or not.
