An Act to amend the Sewers and Drains Act 1954

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Sewers and Drains Amendment Act 2001 . 2CommencementThis Act is taken to have commenced on 17 January 1994. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 4 amended (Existing schemes) Section 4(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "district," and substituting "drainage district,".
