2 Sewerage and Water Supply Amendment (No. 1) No. 206, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Sewerage and Water Supply Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Sewerage and Water Supply Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Omission of s.2 (Repeal) 3. Section 2— omit . ˙ Omission of s.4 (Arrangement) 4. Section 4— omit . ˙ Replacement of ss.5 and 6 5. Sections 5 and 6— omit, insert — ˙ ‘Prescribed forms ‘5. For the purposes of the Act and this regulation, a prescribed form is a form approved by the Minister for the purposes specified in the form. ˙ ‘Fees ‘6. The fees set out in the Schedule are the fees payable for the purposes set out in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.10 (Application for examination) 6. Section 10—

(2) Section 11(2)— omit ‘ Form 3 ’, insert ‘ the prescribed form ’. ˙ Amendment of s.14 (Issue of licences) 8.(1) Section 14(1)— omit ‘ shall be in Form 4 ’, insert ‘ must be in the prescribed form ’. (2) Section 14(2)— omit ‘ shall be in Form 5 ’, insert ‘ must be in the prescribed form ’. ˙ Omission of s.26 (Service of notice) 9.
