Settlement Agents Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Gazette 16 and 27 June and 22 September 2006.]

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Settlement Agents Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Settlement
Agents Regulations 1982*.

4.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Part B is amended as follows:

(a) 1,

in clause by deleting "at the Land Titles Office" in " under the Transfer of Land Act 1893 '';

(b) in clause 8, by deleting "Land Titles Office".
