SETTLEMENT AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Settlement Agents Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1996.

Regulation renumbered

2.     The Settlement Agents Regulations 1982* are amended in the regulation

after regulation 8 by deleting the regulation designation "11." and

substituting the regulation designation "9.".
