Settlement Agents Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

4326 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 18 November 2014

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Part 14 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Settlement Agents
Regulations 1982.

4.            Regulation 4B amended

In regulation 4B(2) delete "section 31(2a)" and insert:

section 31(2A)

Note: The heading to amended regulation 4B is to read:

Prescribed educational requirements (Act s. 31(2A))

5.           Regulation 5 deleted

Delete regulation 5.

6.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 after item 5 insert:

6A.	Issue of duplicate licence or duplicate triennial
certificate $28.00
7.	Schedule 6 amended
In Schedule 6 Form 1 delete "219 St George's Terrace, Perth WA"
and insert:
[street address to be inserted]
