Settlement Agents Amendment Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Settlement Agents Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Settlement
Agents Regulations 1982.

4.            Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6(1) is amended by inserting after
"clause 1(1 )(a)" -

404 ";

of the Act

5.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "580" and inserting instead - " 628 ";
(b)	in item 2 by deleting "760" and inserting instead - " 822 ";
(c)	in item 3 by deleting "760" and inserting instead - " 822 ";
(d)	in item 4 by deleting 375" and inserting instead -
