Settlement Agents Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Settlement Agents Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Settlement
Agents Regulations 1982*.

3.             Regulation 9 replaced

Regulation 9 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

9.            Application of Board Interest Account

For the purposes of section 105 of the Act moneys standing to the credit of the Account are to be applied monthly before the end of each month.
