Settlement Agents Act 1981

Settlement Agents Amendment Regulations 2000
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Settlement Agents
Amendment Regulations 2000.
2.             Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the come into operation.
3.             Regulation 6AA inserted
After regulation 6 of the Settlement Agents Regulations 1982* the following regulation is inserted —

“

6AA. Information to be included in agent’s authority to
act
For the purposes of section 43(2)(a) of the Act the
information contained in Form 1 of the Schedule to the
Settlement Agents’ Code of Conduct 1982 is prescribed.

”.
