SETTLEMENT AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Settlement Agents Amendment

Regulations 1992.

First Schedule repealed and a schedule substituted

2. The First Schedule to the Settlement Agents Regulations 1982* is

repealed and the following schedule is substituted -

1.        Grant of licence to a natural person

including triennial certificate 325

2.        Grant of licence to a firm including

triennial certificate 325

3.        Grant of licence to a body corporate

including triennial certificate 325
4.	Renewal of triennial certificate 290
5.	Inspection of register 10

6.         Certificate as to an individual registration -
