Service Victoria (General) Amendment Regulations 2024

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Service Victoria (General) Regulations 2018 to remove the obsolete references to the Administrative Office within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 named Service Victoria.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 58 of the Service Victoria Act 2018.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 2 January 2025.

4Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Service Victoria (General) Regulations 2018[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

5Objectives

Regulation 1(a) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.

6Part 2 revoked

Part 2 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
