Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Act 2013.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Service NSW to sub-delegate customer service functions lawfully delegated to the CEO by a Government agency or other person to Mid North Coast Local Health District (a local health district constituted under the Health

Services Act 1997).

This Regulation is made under the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Act 2013, including sections 7(3)(b) and 21 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services)

Amendment (Delegation) Regulation 2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Amendment of Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Regulation

2018

Clause 4 Sub-delegation of customer service functions by CEO

Insert after clause 4(b)—

(c) Mid North Coast Local Health District.
