His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to enable the Chief Executive Officer of Service NSW to sub-delegate including sections 7 (3) (b) and 21 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services)
Amendment (Delegation) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Regulation 2013
Clause 5
Insert after clause 4:
5 Sub-delegation of customer service functions by CEO
Each of the following is prescribed for the purposes of section 7 (3) (b) of the Act:
(a) a council or county council within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993, (b) a registrar of the Local Court.
