The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the whole of the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Bond JA, Morrison and Boddice JJA agreeing) which dismissed the applicant's appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Bradley J). The application does not raise a question of general importance and there is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal.

2. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
