Sentencing Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Sentencing Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2000.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Regulations 1996* is amended as follows:

(a)	in Form 1 after “officers” by inserting —
“
and to all persons authorised to exercise a power set out in clause 2 or 3, as the case requires, of Schedule 2 to the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999

”;

(b)	in Form 2 after “officers” by inserting —
“
and to all persons authorised to exercise a power set out in clause 2 or 3, as the case requires, of Schedule 2 to the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999

”;
