Sentencing Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Sentencing Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Sentencing Regulations 1996.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 delete "Mental Health Act 1996 s. 206(1),
Sch. 2 cl. 13(5), Sch. 2 cl. 16" and insert:

Mental Health Act 2014 s. 342(1), 468(10), 471(2), 576(2)
