2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gaze tte (gazettal day);

(b) the rest of the re^tulations

(i)      if gazettal day is on tn , before the day on which the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management

Regulations 2013 (other than regulations I

and 2) come into operation – on the clay on

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Freedom af'Information

Regulations 1993.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Column 2 in the item relating to the Department ofAgi'icultur-e and Food delete:

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -
