Sentencing Amendment Regulations 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Sentencing Act 1997 27 April 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Sentencing Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Sentencing Regulations 2008 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Extension of Part 3A of Act) Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 June 2009" and substituting "30 June 2014".
