Sentence Administration Amendment

Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These are the Sentence Administration Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation when the Sentencing
Legislation Amendment Act 2004 Part 2 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Sentence
Administration Regulations 2003*.

4.            Heading to Part 4 amended

The heading to Part 4 is deleted and the following heading is inserted instead —

Part 4 — Community corrections orders and

pre-sentence orders

5.            Regulations 7, 8 and 9 amended

Regulations 7(2), 8 and 9(1) are amended by deleting "under a community order".
