Commencement Proclamation 2018

Made under the Sentence Administration Amendment Act 2018 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

This proclamation is the Sentence Administration Amendment
Act 2018 Commencement Proclamation 2018.

2.     Commencement of Act

The Sentence Administration Amendment Act 2018, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 13 April 2018.
