Self-Government (Transitional Provisions) Regulations

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Self-Government (Transitional Provisions) Act 1989.

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Self-Government (Transitional Provisions) Regulations.

Modification of Legal Aid Act

2.  The Legal Aid Act 1977 is modified by omitting paragraph 7 (1) (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b)a Commissioner nominated by the Attorney-General for the Commonwealth to represent him or her;”.
