SEEDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment Regulations

$48 „.

(No. 2) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Seeds Regulations 1982* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

3.     Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting 1186" and substituting the following —

(b) in subregulations (4), (6) and (7) by deleting "$47" in the 3 places it occurs and substituting in each place the following —

4.     The Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed and the

following schedule is substituted —
