Seeds Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Seeds Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Seeds
Regulations 1982*.

4.            Regulation 15 amended

(1)	Regulation 15(2) is amended by deleting "$415" and inserting instead —
" $420.30 ".
(2)	Regulation 15(6) is amended by deleting "$285," and inserting instead

$320 ".

5.            Seventh Schedule replaced

The Seventh Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead
