Seeds Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

(1)	Regulation 15(2) is amended by deleting "$400" and inserting instead —
" $415 "

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Seeds Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Seeds
Regulations 1982*.

4.            Regulation 15 amended

(2) Regulation 15(6) is amended by deleting "$275" and inserting

instead —
" $285 ".

5.            Seventh Schedule replaced

The Seventh Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead —

provided under section 25 of the Act and for

a report of the result of the analysis are —

The pure seed content analysis group is displayed in column 6

of the First Schedule.
