Seeds Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Seeds Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Seeds
Regulations 1982*.

4.            Regulation 15 amended

(1)	Regulation 15(2) is amended by deleting -$390-	and inserting
instead — " $400 ".

(2)	Regulation 15(6) is amended by deleting "$255" and inserting instead —
" $275 ".

5.            Seventh Schedule replaced

The Seventh Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead
