Seeds Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment
Regulations 2003.

74             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Seeds
Regulations 1982*.

4.             Regulation 15 amended

(1)	Regulation 15(2) is amended by deleting "$363" and inserting instead -
" $375
(2)	Regulation 15(6) is amended by deleting "$226" and inserting instead -
" $234 ".

5.            Seventh Schedule replaced

The Seventh Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -

provided under section 25 of the Act and for

a report of the result of the analysis are -

Pure seed content analysis, group 4	85.00

of the First Schedule.
