Seeds Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment

3046 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 28 June 2002

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Seeds
Regulations 1982*.

4.            Regulation 15 amended

Regulation 15 is amended as follows:

(a)

in subregulation (2) by deleting "$353" and inserting " $363 ";

(b) in subregulation (6) by deleting "$220" and inserting instead -

5.            Seventh Schedule replaced

The Seventh Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -
