SEEDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Seeds Amendment Regulations

1997.  

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Seeds Regulations 1982* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

3.     Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended —

following —	(2) by deleting 1201" and substituting the
" $207 ";

(a) in subregulation

(b)	in subregulation
following — (4) by deleting "$50" and substituting the

" $52 ,;

(c)	in subregulation (6) by deleting 150" and substituting the
following — " $52 "; and
(d)	in subregulation (7) by deleting 150" and substituting the
following — " $52 ".

Seventh Schedule amended

4. The	Seventh Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in
item 1 —

(a)	by deleting "39.00"	and substituting the following —
" 41.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "56.00"	and substituting the following —
" 57.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "31.00"	and substituting the following —
" 32.00 ";
(d)	by deleting "24.00"	and substituting the following —

(e)	by deleting "26.00" and substituting the following — " 27.00 "; and
(f)	by deleting "23.00" and substituting the following -- " 24.00 ".
